6) Because, it is speech which has enabled the founding of communities and civilisation. Think of Plato "speeches in Simposium or of today" chat lines on the internet.

7) Because PERCHÉ/? wants to gather together art and other areas of our every day lives and distill them down into the simple form of chat.

8) Because PERCHEÉ/? doesn't centre on an individual but through group conversation evaluates the individual as part of a community.

10) Because speech is of and for all.
