Performing the moving image. Film Performances
The project After the Light II: Performing the moving image explores the extension of the conventional moving image presentation. Five artists are invited to present the hidden process, experiences and choices made before, during and after the video or film piece is stored. The boundary between the studio and the stage becomes blurred or inverted. What was done only for the camera with a crew, will be presented live to an audience. This project will reveal the moving image studio praxis, making public the multiple actions that (per)form the moving image art. Curated by Paz Guevara, and Elena Agudio. Free Entrance.
