Lecture on the polymorphic work of Rosemarie Trockel
Questioning social conventions, the polymorphic work of Rosemarie Trockel searches with predilection cracks and fissures in the architectures of reason. Corinne Diserens, art historian, director of the ERG, Brussels, was curator at the IVAM, Valencia, director of the museums of Marseilles - in which in 1999 the exhibition "Rosemarie Trockel: groupements d'oeuvres 1986-1998. Cologne Bruxelles Paris Vienne I Vienne II opladen schwerte duren Hambourg" was presented - of the museum of Fine Arts of Nantes and of the Museion, Bolzano. As curator, she organized numerous exhibitions and publications, including those of Laszlo Moholy-Nagy, Oskar Schlemmer, Gordon Matta-Clark, Dan Graham, Lygia Clark, Eva Hesse, Philippe Thomas, Dieter Roth, Marcel Broodthaers, Vito Acconci, Trisha Brown, Paola Yacoub, Santu Mofokeng...
