Espai Vidre in Barcelona: a unique place for contemporary glass

ESPAI VIDRE is an art gallery where works by local and internationally acclaimed artists are exhibited. It is a part of the Fundació Centre del Vidre de Barcelona, a non-profit organization dedicated to preserve the arts of glass.

The aim of Espai Vidre is to promote contemporary glass art. Apart from doing exhibitions all year, Espai Vidre conducts the production of projects in glass, from the point of designing them to carrying them out. Also, offers study and advise to artists, designers and architects who wish to experience the different possibilities of application of glass in the contemporary world.

Creators admirers, as well as other people interested in glass are invited to Espai Vidre sited in the centre of Barcelona very near the Contemporary Art Museum of the city.
