The photographer has been depicting national and international celebrities of the Berlinale competition and panorama. With around 35 photographic portraits, taken between 2003 and 2010, the exhibition will be presenting a selection of his work.
Since 2003 the Berlin-based photographer Gerhard Kassner (*1959) has been depicting national and international celebrities of the Berlinale competition and panorama.
Year by year, new intimate, intense and sometimes even funny portraits come to life.
With approx. 35 photographic portraits, taken between 2003 and 2010, the Hotel Bogota will be presenting an exquisite selection of Kassners work.
Between February 7th and April 11th, we will 'meet' the stars like Nicole Kidman, the Rolling Stones, Jack Nicholson and Kate Winslet, alongside Madonna and Martin Scorsese.
Also this year, Gerhard Kassner will be photographing the stars of the Berlinale. Between February 10th and 19th, you are invited to join him for a fresh insight of the daily portraits 2011. Every night between 9 and 10 pm, at the Kabinett of Hotel Bogota.
