The 'grosse kunstausstellung' (great art exhibition) is being organised by the exhibition management 'grosse kunstausstellung' at the Haus der Kunst, which is supported by the Munchner Secession, the 'Neue munchner kunstlergenossenschaft' and the 'Neue Gruppe'. The 'grosse kunstausstellung' 2011 titled Tierisch examines the way people treat animals and how that actually reflects the way people handle their own nature. representation of animals number to this day among the core subjects of artistic interpretation of the world. The exhibition shows works of artists who hold relevant positions within this complex topic. Curated by Munchener Secession; opening june 30th 2011. General Admission 10 euro / reduced 7 euro, combined ticket 3 exhibitions 15 euro / reduced 12 euro, teenagers under 18 and pupils 2 euro per exhibition children under 12 free.
