Like Plugging In is the new body of work by Roithmayr. "How simple is the act of creating an inner space, you cover your mouth, your eyes, and every other sense".
How simple is the act of creating an inner space, you cover your mouth, your eyes, and every other sense. It is the most basic act of retreat, you don’t need much. You just need to shut down. And just in that moment another reality starts. You can use a ready-made: a tent, a patio awning, a towel to go and hide in the smallest room of the house.
MOTINTERNATIONAL is pleased to present a new body of work by the artist Florian Roithmayr. This will be his first solo show at MOTINTERNATIONAL London. He has previously participated in the gallery's 2010 exhibition programme and presented a solo installation at SUNDAY Art Fair in 2011.
Florian Roithmayr born in Germany 1977.
