The first part of 2012 is focussed outside the walls of Laboratorio KUNSTHALLE Lugano, instead of inviting artists at the art space, to bring out art in a ‘living’ way and not a ‘sterile’ way. Symbolically to bring them over the once called most dangerous road of the world, gives not the meaning to the risk but the absense of being ‘convinced’ in our turbulent insecure contemporary society.
Ephemerality presentation of video artworks, from the roof of the world, Srinagar – Leh . ‘On the Globe’ as a mere thumbprint on the ever-expanding demographicy of contemporary art, started in Europe / Switserland and since years orientating on Asia / India and Nepal, offering a unique set of circumstances for artists.
The goal of Laboratorio KUNSTHALLE Lugano is to enhance the value of cultures owns in different places of the world and to respect the dignity of spiritual rights.

A businesswoman is running hectically on a jogging machine in a firness studio. The scene seems even more absurd as the efficient (typical New Yorker) business woman takes on more and more tasks at once such as phoning, putting on make up, shopping and jogging.
