Up-coming events at Tensta konsthall: The Living Room, 16.11, 15:00-18:00. Lecture with art historian Katarina Wadstein Macleod discussing Marie-Louise Ekman's depictions of living rooms in the wider context of 1970s feminist and political art. As part of Dream and Reality: a series of seminars based on the work of Marie-Louise Ekman. In collaboration with the Institution for Culture and Communication at Sodertorn University. Guided tour by director Maria Lind, 17.11, 13:00, Director Maria Lind introduces the exhibition Doing what you want: Marie-Louise Ekman accompanied by Sister Corita Kent, Mladen Stilinovic and Martha Wilson. In Swedish, Book presentation Lawen Mohtadi, 17.11, 14:00, Lawen Mohtadi presents her biography of Katarina Taikon Den dag jag blir fri (The Day I am Free). In conjunction with the exhibition Katitzi: A Literary Character Rooted in Reality.
