Within the framework of "Episode 1: Rules of Attraction", insitu is pleased to present the premiere of "Can't Help Falling in Love", a rather casual presentation by Song-Ming Ang, whose artistic works explore the social aspects of music in a variety of formats. In "Can't Help Falling in Love", the Singaporean artist presents a selection of music - from guilty pleasures to cover versions and propaganda pop - and offers some thoughts on their seductive qualities. Song-Ming Ang (b. Singapore 1980) lives and works between Berlin and Singapore. His works have been presented at Kunstlerhaus Bethanien (Berlin), Future Perfect (Singapore), Spring Workshop (Hong Kong), Armory Art Show (New York), Haus der Kulturen der Welt (Berlin), and the 3rd Singapore Biennale.
