Le Royaume Part. V (Les Orphelins Volontaires)
After previous solo shows in 2006 and 2010 this is the third exhibition of the French artist at Deweer Gallery. The exhibition “Le Royaume Part. V (Les Orphelins Volontaires)” will entirely be composed with new paintings. The show can be considered as the sequel to the exhibition “Les Jeux de l’Effroi - Le Royaume Part IV” Benjamin Moravec presented at ikob – Museum for Contemporary Art, Eupen, Belgium, last summer.
The artist is wondering whether we will remain human beings, now that science is progressively turning us into superior beings, if not immortal ones.
