The exhibition presents 13 artists from Graz and Styria, whose works have been presented too rarely in this country to date, or who are at the beginning of their exhibition activities. The contributions interpret in different ways relationships between the outer world and introspection that are sketched out on paper, painted on image bearing media, outlined on the wall, captured with the camera, translated into objects, or spatialized and performed by the artists. One of the connecting links of this interplay between the observation of the surrounding world and an inside view is the obsessive approach, with which art is produced.
