The project is a synthesis of contemporary dance and visual art. It combines an exhibition by French artist Laurent Pernot and a performance by Russian choreographer Anna Abalikhina.

The main topics of the project are memory, oblivion and the life of modern society. The artist refers to emotions and personal recollections of viewers, as well as to philosophy, literature and cinema as forms of collective memory.

Laurent Pernot totally changes one of the museum halls for Anna Abalikhina’s performance. In MMOMA, dancers will exist in the world, made of video installations and art objects by Pernot. The unique performance, which they will show within the Festival on October 3,4,7,8, will be documented and become a part of the exhibition.
