BMW Tate Live 2015: a series of performances commissioned and conceived using online space as its primary medium
BMW Tate Live 2015: a series of performances commissioned and conceived using online space as its primary medium. Since the first BMW Tate Live: Performance Room broadcast in March 2012, 15 artists have taken part in the series: Jerome Bel, Pablo Bronstein, Emily Roysdon, Harrell Fletcher, Joan Jonas, Liu Ding, Meiro Koizumi, Nicoline Van Harskamp, Ragnar Kjartansson, Daniel Linehan, Cally Spooner, Bojana Cvejic and Christine de Smedt, Selma and Sofiane Ouissi, Alexandra Bachzetsis, Nora Schultz. Every Thursday for a month, between November 19 and December 10, one new commission will be streamed live on Tate's website and YouTube channel. This is the completion of the series with four new commissions this year: Thursday, November 19, 8pm GMT: Mary Reid Kelley. November 26, 8pm GMT: Otobong Nkanga. December 3, 8pm GMT: Naufus Ramirez-Figueroa. December 10, 8pm GMT: Michael Smith.
