The exhibition explains how, in the context of social, economic and political backwardness of Spain in the fifties, Pegaso automobiles for sport and competition with stunning levels of design and technology came to be designed and manufactured. The exhibition centres around this contrast, for the first time bringing together ten splendid original sports and competition cars, on loan from private collections in a variety of countries, backed up with documentation about the economic, social and cultural reality of the Spain of the time.
