1.The Albanian artists, first of all should become aware of the global state of the arts today and reflect this contemporary artistic awareness in their work.

2. The Albanian artists ought to become aware that Albania is merely a province of the globe and not its center. They should to fight ignorance and complacence which is bred in a province and on the other hand, they should not have any complexes about their being “provincial artists".

3. The Albanian artists should not recognize and neither hold on to any artistic tradition other than that of the world’s avant-garde, which is regarded an inheritance of wide world.

4. The Albanian artists should become aware of the need of an artistic production which is bearer of a critical sense that has Albanian culture as its central point, and that aims at revolutionizing it. Therefore, the Albanian artists would naturally become part of global contemporary art discussion.

5. The Albanian artists must not produce artistic works which only fulfill the wants of the moment, of politics/fashion in the international arena; they should as an alternative, search for a genuine restlessness in their work.

6. The Albanian artists should embrace anti-conformist art, against the neo-totalitarian political power, to which they should declare an open and resolute war.

7. The Albanian artists should put an embargo to the official exposition institutions (National Arts Gallery etc.) which are instruments of political power and should hunt for unconventional public spaces for exhibiting their art.

8. The Albanian artists must not display their art in private galleries that promote trivial commercial art which has nothing in common with their critical art; they should instead improvise new spaces to get in touch with the public.

9. The Albanian artists should organize themselves in associations of their own free will that are based in the freedom of the individual, however, they should not create/become part of the artistic “elites" that are produced by the political power and to which they serve.

10. The Albanian artists who do not intend to abide in truth to this manifesto should at least argue their opposing standpoint.
