'My office functions almost like a gallery. I re-install every three to six months and we make changes all the time. renews my relationship with the art, the relationship of my
employees with me. The work functions best when you live with
it, when you're around it all the time. The work needs to
communicate continuously. And it needs to communicate in an
informal way. (..)It is more effective when it's just there and
you happen to be near it. So when I thought of asking Pardo to
renovate the bathroom area in my office I liked the idea that I
could look at it every time I piss'.
