A snapshot of sustainable development in Swiss building culture. It presents the results of an award given by the Swiss Society of Engineers and Architects (SIA) for the design of a sustainable environment.
The exhibition Umsicht - Regards – Sguardi is a snapshot of sustainable development in Swiss building culture. It presents the results of an award given by the Swiss Society of Engineers and Architects (SIA) for the design of a sustainable environment. Works of different scales are presented, which by demonstrating either an exemplary, or an unexpected and creative engagement with the social and natural environment, lead the way for future development.
These jury-selected projects are being presented for the first time in Germany, as part of the program “Baukunst im Dialog” by the Swiss Embassy in Germany. "Baukunst im Dialog" is a cooperation with the Swiss Society of Engineers and Architects (SIA), the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zürich (ETH), the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Lausanne (EPFL), the University of Lugano (USI), the Association of Swiss Architects (BSA) and Swiss Universities of Applied Sciences.
