Peter Doig, Chris Ofili & Laura Owens. The work in this exhibition will be a visual manifestation of an ongoing conversation between three painters - Laura Owens, Chris Ofili, and Peter Doig - who have been working separately, but have been closely following each other's artistic practice for the last five years. Each artist will create a new large-scale painting that articulates the overlapping interests and influences among them, while also responding to the SMMoA museum space.

PROJECT ROOM
Mark Leckey : "Fiorucci Made Me Hardcore"
London based artist Mark Leckey makes multi-media
sound installations and video works that reveal a
fascination with such marginalized youth cultures as
popular dance and football hooliganism. For the Project
Room Mark Leckey will present a large-scale video
projection entitled Fiorucci Made Me Hardcore, 1999.
Spanning three decades, the work functions as a visual
essay on the history of underground dance culture in
the U.K., from Northern soul clubs to acid-house raves.
