Please, Remain Seated. The exhibition consists of recent paintings and installations. The works use the allegory of given instructions to describe a state of existence in between past, present and future. While unfolding tension in the liminal state, social directions in her work appear as a psychological metaphor of the immigrant's existence. The paintings are relationally arranged in a space describing memories, distance and time, shifting the frame between reality and fiction.
