John Bisbee
John Bisbee lives in Brunswick, Maine, and teaches at Bowdoin
College. Working almost exclusively with one object-a ten-inch
spike-Bisbee creates formal sculptures that may incite both fear and
desire because while they are beautifully compelling, they may seem
excitingly dangerous.
Robert Therrien
Los Angeles-based artist Robert Therrien examines the interplay of
proportions and our relationship to objects in his sculptures. Working in
gigantic proportions, his massively scaled objects impact our own
relationship to our bodies and the world around us.
