In conjunction with his exhibition at Yerba Buena Center for the Arts, the artist will discuss his work. Boberg uses the moving picture, 16mm film, to document staged realities. He documents everyday industrial spaces-highways, warehouses and loading docks. Photos and films are taken of painstakingly crafted scale models. His small-scale structures from photographs, and sometimes from memory, creating psychologically potent, perfect spaces.
