At its heart this spirited festival celebrates the rich history that brass music plays in the heritage of our vibrant communities and demonstrates how the universal language of music connects us all with different cultures from across the world. Brass provides a stage for some of the world's best brass players to perform throughout Durham County whilst recognising the positive impact that our locally based brass bands have on the life of communities across the County.
