During August and September the artist will execute murals covering
the gallery's entire wall space.
The starting points for the
improvised wall drawings include floor plans of major international
architectural projects such as the Tate Modern, London, various
concert halls and auditoriums, and references to space architecture
and Martian surveyor satellite imaging.
Over the past 3 years, other wall works of the artist have been
included in group exhibitions at The Bronx Museum of the Arts, The
Queens Museum of Art, and El Museo del Barrio. A solo exhibition is
scheduled at the Jersey City Museum, NJ in September 2003.
