Fast and Furious

Fast and Furious – Goldrausch 2011 exhibits artistic works which quickly and precisely bring together current artistic and social issues, and throw established orders of perception overboard. The exhibits presented include films of great atmospheric density, documental and archival strategies, photographic concepts, and expansive installations.

Mirja Busch, Surya Gied, Carolina Hellsgård, Kerstin Honeit, Emma Waltraud Howes, Yun-Ting Hung, Bettina Hutschek, Yuki Jungesblut, Frieda Knapp, Kathrin Köster, Jennis Li Chen Tien, Anna Mields, Anja Claudia Pentrop, Petra Spielhagen.

Goldrausch Künstlerinnenprojekt is a postgraduate fellowship for outstanding young female artists. With its comprehensive program, containing professionally relevant issues such as tax and copyright law as well as targeted strategies increasing the visibility of artistic work, the Project has been imparting a wide range of professional skills to emerging artists for over twenty years. The Project is financed by the Berlin Senate Department for Economics, Labour, and Women's Issues (Senatsverwaltung für Wirtschaft, Technologie und Frauen, Berlin), and the European Social Fund.
