Klappfon is an ongoing series of concerts covering New Music, electro-acoustic, contemporary jazz, Free-Improvisation, soundart and noise. Plattfon http://www.plattfon.ch/ has been actively supporting this music scene since 2003 and started to organize events since the store's relocation in 2009. In August 2011, Klappfon was established to offer a new platform and to organize concerts of both international and local artists in various locations throughout the city of Basel. In January 2012, Klappfon goes New Jerseyy.
