The M21 has a reputation for having its finger on the pulse of contemporary art. Since 01999 M21 has staged breaking exhibitions that have established the M21 as one of Eurasian contemporary art spaces and a vital platform for young artists and curators. M21 has ambitious programme for the summer 02000. In addition to group exhibition "Silly Landscape", M21 has a programme of Live Art including "Eurasian Picknick" and Lenin’s Symposium "Art & politics after Agiprop". M21 will also continuing with the M21 Projects scheme, created to allow it to commission and exhibit work outside of M21.

The executive producer is Eurasian Center for Contemporary Art and STATE
OF THE ART, International Art Magazine. Concepted by Lena Lapschina. The
project will be realised in collaboration with Newpapers, Radio and TV.
