(Performer, Audience, Word, Spoken, Garden, Friday, Evening). Japanther is an art project by Matt Reilly and Ian Vanek, established in 2001. Japanther has made its name with unique performance situations, appearing alongside synchronized swimmers, with giant puppets, marionettes and at shows with giant dinosaurs and BMXers flying off the walls. 15 spoken word performances in the Ephemeropterae pavilion, designed by David Adjaye. Picnic experiences from 6 pm. Performances from 7 pm.
