In her comprehensive documentary on American Neo-Conceptual artist Mark Lombardi (1951-2000), Mareike Wegener examines Lombardi's life, art, and untimely death through interviews with his close friends, family members, fellow artists, and gallerists. Lombardi's complex pencil diagrams were quickly gaining art-world recognition when he was found hanged in his apartment, an apparent suicide, under suspicious circumstances.
