Electronica surprise. Worldtronics Festival has brought diverse and unusual styles of electronic music from all over the world to Berlin
De-Bug’s verdict was as follows: “In recent years, the Worldtronics Festival has brought diverse and unusual styles of electronic music from all over the world to Berlin and has succeeded in creating a much-sought-after alternative in the day-to-day party scene.“
Despite global networking and international exchange local production conditions continue to generate great artistic diversity. The post-music industry Tecno Brega from northern Brazil demonstrates how free downloads and economic viability can be successfully combined. The young Chinese Electronic scene still lacks room to unfold. South Africa’s House scene and the multinational Moombahton display surprising musical parallels. In addition: the Elektro-Fachmarkts with performances, label presentations, workshops and more.
