Duped consists of two videos. The first video at 5 minutes is a series of actions performed at a local K-Mart. The second video at 9 minutes was performed and filmed four hours nightly at the same K-Mart store frame by frame.

DUPED consists of two videos. The first video at 5 minutes is a series of
actions performed at a local K-Mart. The second video at 9 minutes was
performed and filmed four hours nightly at the same K-Mart store frame by
frame. Each of these videos is looped and played on small TVs located at the
front and back of the space. Accompanying each video loop is a projection.
The projection began with the first generation, as seen on the corresponding
small TV, and was then subjected to constant deterioration through the
process of duplication. Employees including the artist, through the cycle of
setup, primary recording, duplication of that recording and subsequent
shelving of each duplication perform the maintenance of this deterioration.
