Completely Naked. An experimental interactive project in three stages. Two people from two different cities in the UK meet on a dating website and start a journey to London. They cross space & time to meet for the first time in a hotel bedroom. Within 24 hours of starting their journey, they leave. 'love one day' uses artistic practice to explore the communication between two people whose anticipation of love is intensified by the unique circumstances of their journey. The focus of tension being their destination - a hotel bedroom.
Completely Naked
Completely Naked is a London based artistic partnership created in 1999, specializing in interactive installations. Using interdisciplinary languages, our ideas are based on a curiosity for human behaviour - from individual to collective responses.
We are interested in creating psychological conflicts to activate the partaker's reaction and provoke promiscuity between the arts and the audience.

'love one day' is an ongoing project that will culminate in a live presentation as a three screen cinematic video installation at the 291 Gallery in East London on March 25th.
It has already begun, with the creation of a dating website where you can apply to find a perfect match, and to become the couple selected to participate in the final project.

'love one day' investigates psychological motivations, how we communicate and interact with one another, and how we are affected by our environment, space and time. The artists working on 'love one day' will create a reflexive and challenging journey through these emotions. The empty hotel room builds the tension and becomes the central point of an absorbent perspective where the protagonists may collide. We may never show what happens in the room.
Departing from the overused language of 'reality TV', 'love one day' explores pure emotions in an artistic context.
