Nordic Festival of Contemporary Art. 39 artists have been invited by curators Caroline Corbetta (IT) and Per Gunnar Tverbakk (N) to participate in Momentum's main exhibition in Moss, Norway. The main exhibition will include artists of different generations with various connections to the Nordic region.
Nordic Festival of Contemporary Art
39 artists have been invited by curators Caroline Corbetta (IT) and Per Gunnar Tverbakk (N) to participate in Momentum's main exhibition in Moss, Norway, in the period 22 May - 27 June. The main exhibition will include artists of different generations with various connections to the Nordic region.

Seminars
During the festival's opening days of 21-23 May, Momentum and the Office for Contemporary Art Norway will collaborate on a discursive program. This program will include a major seminar on art, aesthetics and politics, and will take place on Sunday 23 May. Keep posted for updates.

The main exhibition venue will be the former brewery in Moss. In addition, the town itself, with its architectural and social environments, will also be drawn into the discussion via a series of public projects in and around the local community.
As part of the Momentum festival there will also be other exhibitions and events, all taking place in and around the city of Moss. The other participants are Gallery F15, Gallery Henrik Gerner, Ostfold Artists Center, Moss Art Gallery, Molla School of Art, Parkteateret and Mollebyen Cinema.
