...Tomorrow nuevos ricos. Carlos Amorales, Silverio, Alejandro Vidal and Jordi Mitja' will present a collaborative Project at Kultur Buro Barcelona. The artists will construct a workshop transforming KBB in a research laboratory where to investigate and explore the intersections of their works. All them artists with an important and established career, with a wide presence at International art events, will share long working and analytical journeys with the objective to develop an exhibition project.

Carlos Amorales, Silverio, Alejandro Vidal and Jordi Mitjà will present a collaborative Project at Kültur Büro Barcelona. Starting with the presentation of Terrodisco Saturday 19h June the artists will construct a workshop transforming KBB in a research laboratory where to investigate and explore the intersections of their works.

All them artists with an important and established career, with a wide presence at International art events, will share long working and analytical journeys with the objective to develop an exhibition project that will be on show at KBB from 22nd June till 18th July.

This exhibition won't be a classical one. In this case the process will be the focus. The artists won't have in mind to finish any art work in despite their aim is to explore the limits of their own practice and to fuse their interests and experience.

The resultant works will be thanks to this dialogue between artists. The works will not be presented under a precise authorship and the exhibited pieces will be done all in collaboration between them KBB questions that way the usual exhibitions formats, authorship and traditional curatorial practice allowing the artists to push the boundaries of their work and because of that to create tension in their own discourses.

Carlos Amorales (Mexico, 1970) lives and works between Mexico City and Amsterdam. He has recently exhibited at Venice Biennale, Berlin Biennale, Yvon Lambert New York, Tate Modern, Chiesa di San Matteo and Migros Museum among others.

Alejandro Vidal (Palma de Mallorca, 1972) Lives and works in Barcelona. He is actually exhibiting at Artra Galleria in Milano and ADN Galeria in Barcelona He has forthcoming exhibitions at W139 in Amsterdam, the Museum of Contemporary Art in Belgrade and Artra in Genova among other projects.

Silverio, is the alias of composer and performer Julian Lede. He lives and works in Mexico Df. He has presented his performances at ICA in London, KunstWerke in Berlin among other venues. Produced by Prometteo Assoziacione per l'arte he has started a record label called Nuevos Ricos.

Jordi Mitjà (Figueres, 1971) Lives and works in LLadó. He has exhibited this year at Projects SD in Barcelona and will present his recent video work at Sonar and Diaporama04.
