Paintings, drawings, prints and sculpture. Highlights of this show span the dawn of modern art, with works by Francisco Goya, Toulouse Lautrec, Matisse and Vlaminck as well as other modern masters. Particularly noteworthy are two unique paintings: a Mark Tobey canvas and an unusual George Grosz oil, an arresting table scape executed in 1927, whose serene domestic subject and sensual palette belies the tumultuous period during which it was created.
