The Fair in its 3rd year has continued its expansion by attracting new international artists to the Fair.
Contemporary Art Fair
Inspired Art Fair is the UK’s largest Art Fair representing Independent artists from around the world. In 2005 it runs from 17 – 21 November at the Bridge St Thomas St, London Bridge, London SE1.
An important event in the UK art calendar – Inspired Art Fair-London – is the launch pad for over 100 emerging independent contemporary visual artists from London, around the UK, USA, Israel, France, Switzerland, Spain, Austria, Denmark, and Poland. The Fair in its 3rd year has continued its expansion by attracting new international artists to the Fair. "Our International status allows Artists to participate from any where in the world, which is what sets us apart from the other art fairs for independent artists" says Jo George, Director of the Inspired Art Fair.
Located under 30,000 sq ft of vaulted arches beneath London Bridge, Inspired Art Fair has carved out an identity all its own. Since its inception three years ago, the Inspired Art Fair has been providing an unrivalled platform for independent artists. In 2005 the fair draws together over 100 sculptors, painters, photographers, and digital artists from all over the world, vetted by a panel to ensure diversity and excellence.
This exciting new platform is also showing film shorts created by B.A., M.A. and the staff of Camberwell college of Arts Illustration Courses. The artwork has been curated by B.A. Subject Leader Mark Wigan Williams and includes animation, short films, prints, books, drawings, collages and painting. The free daily screenings reflect the experimental multi-disciplinary nature of contemporary illustration, offering visitors the opportunity to broaden their visual experience at the fair.
Also new for 2005 is the Inspired Learning Programme, which offers artists and students the opportunity to receive one to one business and art practice advice, and three seminars in a dedicated area of the fair.
For the visitor Inspired Art Fair 05 is uniquely accessible, and is an excellent opportunity to see and buy a huge variety of work ranging from emerging artists at fantastic prices. With works ranging from £25 - £3,000, this year’s Inspired Art Fair 05 promises to be the chance for collectors, dealers and art lovers to experience an exciting collection of new international talent and new ideas displayed in the UK.
“ Inspired Art Fair continues to go from strength to strength reflecting the open market for new Contemporary Artists in the UK. With new additions to the fair planned for 2005, we continue to support independent artists to draw new buyers to the fair as well as providing an unrivalled opportunity for established collectors to find work of great quality â€. Jo George
