Artangel presents 'A Slow Walk for Longplayer'. Performance artist will take a 'very slow walk' across the bridge, beginning with the morning rush hour on the longest day of the year, Tuesday 21 June. The walk will celebrate the fifth anniversary of 'Longplayer', Jem Finer's thousand-year-long musical composition that plays continuously and without repetition until December 2999. As a fundraiser to sustain Longplayer's future, you are invited – for pound 5.00 per entry – to estimate the exact length of time the walk will take Ohad. The winner will receive a return ticket to Brisbane courtesy of the Flight Centre to visit Longplayer's Australian listening post.
