Designed in collaboration with James Lambert and Studio Voltaire, the Project Studio will be transformed into The Reading Room. Established in 1984, Book Works is a leading contemporary arts organisation based in London which commissions and produces new work in full collaboration with artists, whether it be publishing and producing books, multiples, videos, and CD-Roms or realising installations, time-based or performance works or inaugurating discussions. Over a two-week period, visitors will be able to access this unique resource of over 70 artists' books and special publications produced by Book Works. The Reading Room will also feature a selection of videos, audio works, posters and slide projections.

To coincide with The Reading Room, Studio Voltaire will launch A Guide to the Future a new publication made by residents from the local area with playwright Suzy Almond, graphic designer James Lambert and artist Thurle Wright.
