The museum has two halls for temporary art exhibitions where mainly
modern art is shown. These temporary exhibitions are normally changed
every two months and they feature the work of Israeli and foreign artists,
or exhibitions associated with the museum's permanent collections such as
art from the Far East. These exhibitions are intended to cater for the wide
range of interests and tastes of art enthusiasts and constant efforts are
made to vary and enrich the subject matter. In addition, the museum
welcomes special exhibitions within the realms of different techniques. A
special ongoing interest is taken in artists and art forms that emerge in both
traditional or innovative crafts even though some of them may not have
achieved the status of a recognized art form as yet.
