A discussion between Robert Garnett, Dan Kidner and Lisette Smits around Chris Evans' project, Radical Loyalty; chaired by Matthew Cornford. Commissioned by City Projects, London, Evans began working on the project in 2003 with the purchase of an unpromising piece of land in Jarvakandi, an industrial town 80km south of the Estonian capital, Tallinn.
