“I.10” is an exhibition by ten Italian artists selected as representative of the contemporary art in Italy. The works are very different both for their style and for their artistic language. Here creativity and all of its aspects are on view. Running through July the 31.
“I.10” is an exhibition where 10 artists are being chosen as representative of contemporary art in Italy. One will find different works in style and artistic language, where creativity expresses itself in a multitude of facets: art of matter created with natural pigments and cellophane by M. Angelini, digital images to be unveiled by G.De Sanctis, waves created through a spatulate in transparent silicone by A. Böhm or the coloured dense and instictive spatulate by G. Mangiacapra.
And again, the digitalised figurative directly on plaster by M. Minguzzi, the refined figurative created with oil paints by M. Diogo, the new pop painting by E. Giusti, the “sticks”, original artworks by F. Angelino, created with an assemblage of many different mummifying elements preserved in resin. At last, traditional painting showing highly suggestive backgrounds by R. Pagnani and the crude and strongly aesthetic painting by D. Toscani, with his skinless bodies opening and revealing their inner lives.
