Norman tends to focus on the problematics of marginal communities as producers of utopian options. It does so via maps, posters, models, books and mobile installations. His contribution at La Box draws on a preliminary study of a number of experimental art-teaching ventures, from the Bauhaus and the Russian Constructivists up to the present day.
