Festival of electronic music. The event brings in Berlin musicians from Pakistan, Brazil, New Zealand and Romania. Arto Linsday, curator for the brasilian section, has choosen to present performances of Maracatu, brass bands and abstract noise. As for Romania, for example, Groove chief-editor Heiko Hoffmann choose the most important representatives of a new Bucharest minimalism.
