Since 2003 a private sponsor and Kunstverein fur die Rheinlande und Westfalen offer every two years the dHCD grant for young artists from Dusseldorf. The grant provides free studios for a two year period in order to make life after graduating for the art academy more easy. After two years the artists who held the grant in 2007/2008 now present the works which have been produced in this period. Artistis: Roland Gatzschmann, Daniela Georgieva, Marcus Herse, Yun Lee, Alex Mertins, Jochen Weber.
