The Dallas Architecture Forum, the non-profit organization dedicated to
providing challenging and on-going public discourse about architecture,
will conclude its sixth season with philosopher, novelist and literary
critic WILLIAM GASS.
Gass will speak about his long-held interest in
architecture that finds expression in his new book The Test of Time on
Thursday, May 2 at 6 p.m. in the Horchow Auditorium of the Dallas Museum
of Art, 1717 N. Harwood St.

Memberships (which include admission to the lectures, panel discussions,
receptions and tours at private homes, and invitations to international
study tours) are available - students: $30; individuals: $100;

The Dallas Architecture Forum offers a variety of additional events for
members: receptions where members can meet and socialize with guest
lecturers and each other: "The Panel," informal, moderated discussion
groups that focus on different current issues in architecture and
design; and an international study tour to an architecturally
significant site. Lecture and study tour participants can earn
continuing education credit through the American Institute of
Architects.
