Public art projects for urban space. Around 80 artists exhibit their ideas and 64 galleries present them
64 galleries will present projects by both established artists and artist of younger generation. Models, drawings, sketches, installations and videos of art projects; around 80 artists will exhibit ideas for projects intended for the public space. Many of the works - some practical, other utopian - have been created or were adapted from historical proposals specifically for the exhibition. The enduring facsination of Berlin has ispired artists to take part in this year's abc exhibition. Each artist's project will contribute to the ongoing public debate around the city's inner urban space, giving the discussion an international platform and generating lively publicity for Berlin. Opening 7.pm. - 12 pm.
