First solo exhibition in Switzerland

John Martin Gallery is delighted to collaborate with Marc de Puechredon to present Makiko Nakamura's first exhibition in Switzerland. Beginning her career as a film-maker in Japan, Nakamura went on to study painting and printmaking in Paris and Philadelphia before moving to Dublin. With work in the collections of the Irish Museum of Modern Art and the Gate Theatre, this exhibition will present some recent works by the artist. Opening saturday April 21st 2012 from 11am to 2pm.
