Gary Hume

Jerwood Gallery, Hastings

Hume was the winner of the Jerwood Painting Prize in 1997 and was elected as a Royal Academician in 2001. The exhibition entitled Gary Hume: Flashback, organised by the Arts Council, will feature a range of paintings and sculptures produced by the Turner Prize-nominated artist.

To celebrate the opening of Gary Hume: Flashback on 14 July, we are delighted that the Turner Prize nominated artist Gary Hume will be at the gallery for an exclusive 'in conversation' event. The talk will take place on 14 July at 11am. Tickets are £10 including entry to the Collection Galleries. To book please call 01424 425809.

During peak holiday periods opening hours will be extended to the following:
Monday-Sunday 11am-6pm with late opening on Saturdays until 8pm
The Gallery will be closed on the 17 July due to the Olympic Torch celebrations on the Stade
