Do You Understand? Changing views on the other side. The exhibition is part of the programme of this year's Italian Language Week which is organised annually by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs as a global campaign and received the support of the President of Italy to promote the Italian language and culture. During this week, exhibitions, seminars, film screenings and musical events are organised across the world. Each year it has a difference theme and the theme of this year is 'Territories of Italy and Italy in the Future'. Natsumi Di Vito Chirico is an Italian artist, born in Japan, raised in Milan where she graduated at the Brera Academy of Arts, she has lived in Tuscany, Sicily, Rome, Salento, all places where over several years she has absorbed images, perfumes, experiences and the typical differences of those italian territories. Since the age of 18 she has also travelled around the world and arrived here in China last year. Her heritage mixes the creative adaptation of a travelling family, with Italian creativity.
