San Francisco, CA. March 8, 2013 – artMRKT Productions marks the start of their 2013 season with
the return of the third annual artMRKT San Francisco, May 16th–19th. This year, to the pleasure of
gallerists and collectors alike, artMRKT Productions has secured a new location for the increasingly
popular West Coast fair. Relocating to Fort Mason Center’s Festival Pavilion–which abuts the bay, the
America’s Cup race course and is home to two of the city’s longest running fairs–the new venue offers
greater opportunities for exhibiting gallerists and collectors, as well as increased ease of access for
artMRKT San Francisco’s growing numbers of visitors.
The expanding popularity of artMRKT Productions’ four national fairs have informed and benefitted the
growth of artMRKT San Francisco. Ultilizing their market knowledge and network of resources and
advisors to ignite interest from both active collectors and new, artMRKT San Francisco will once again
bring to the floor a strong selection of approximately 70 galleries. Returning local and national galleries
include Catharine Clark Gallery and Gallery Paule Anglim (San Francisco, CA), Nancy Hoffman (New
York, NY) and CYNTHIA-REEVES (London, UK), plus innovative new-comers Quint Contemporary
Art (La Jolla, CA), Gallery Joe (Philadelphia, PA) and Jen Bekman Gallery from (New York, NY).

Fishko and Jeffrey Wainhause are pleased to announce their renewed commitment to the de Young and
Legion of Honor, the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco as the 2013 beneficiary of the artMRKT San
Francisco Opening Night Preview Reception. Returning and new partnerships with a number of arts and
cultural organizations from throughout the greater Bay Area will continue to assist in bringing even
greater regional relevance to artMRKT San Francisco’s creative programming platform.
Presenting a full schedule of curated programs and events throughout the duration of the fair, artMRKT
San Francisco will feature a timely series of presentations created in collaboration with participating
galleries and artists, as well as with cultural partners and sponsors, to increase visitor engagement.
